“Absolute shambles, I have been waiting 26 days for a refund that they promised me. I have called their call centre 16 times (So far) and have been promised a call back on each occasion. Guess what, no calls or even acknowledgement emails. Their customer service team are obviously getting the flack for a fundamental issue in their finance department. Total waste of space.”
