Turns out my filter is about 2/16.
But that was my fault.

“I’m was very impressed by the way our issue was handled. We received our filters damaged due to shipping and I was very unhappy , I was so looking forward to replacing my filters on that weekend after we installed a new stove top in our kitchen, I sent an email and pictures of the damaged filters. “I'm not going to go back into the website to determine why my filter is thinner than what I was expecting. My guess is that I clicked the wrong button. Maybe their product doesn't require the thickness of the old one. Even though it is thinner; it fits into place, works fine and I am very satisfied with it.”
