“I started off rough with rapidfinil bc I questioned their integrity. After a long conversation that the owner took the time to have with me, I realized that though their business practices are no nonsenses, they are absolutely legit. I have received every package on time, with quality product and top notch customer service and responsiveness. It is so easy to get scammed out there and finally I have found a legitimate vendor in rapidfinil. They definitely have a loyal customer in me from here on out. “I've been a customer for atleast a year or more. Always delivered and never a issue. Today, however I had my first issue. My package was scheduled to arrive on Friday, came late, again holiday weekend. Didn't come till today Tuesday so, that is a lesson learned on my end. But when I opened my package. Every single product was in pieces. Not one whole one in the whole shipment. Even worse it was in a plastic bag with paper around it. When I opened the paper everything spilled out. I had maybe 2 totally crushed left in plastic and a couple chunks With all that being said. I still give them 5 stars. I don't believe this was intentional by any means and was poor handling on behalf of the post office. Still was a big let down”
