I did the seven day package and lost 9 pounds. Everything was great from communication to delivery of the products to daily updates and encouragement to keep going with the process. Highly recommend.

Overall very happy! One star taken off because 1) y'all won’t deliver on a sat or sun. I understand orders not shipping out, but not the no delivery part, and 2)you can’t adjust the flavors.
