"The worst idea we ever had was to buy from Raymond James Caravans. They claim to offer a long warranty but just try and claim on it and they are slippery as an eel.\r\nBen the sales manager promised us faithfully our caravan would come fully serviced, pdi'd and have a full valet.\r\nIt had none of the above.\r\nThe van was filthy. Seats thick with dirt. Dirty mattress and table. Drains choked with lime scale, failed rear light seals, dangerous broken wiring on the towing socket meaning the atc did not work. Water heater element blown.\r\nAfter a bid fight they eventually supplied replacement rear lights last year but when they were just 11 months old and have failed again Ben claims they are not covered under the warranty that at the point of sale he claimed covered anything that broke or went wrong during the warranty period.\r\nIgnore the false claim of long warranties and buy elsewhere."
