I'd never spent more than a few hundred dollars on a watch, so at about the age of 70 I decided to give myself a treat in the way of a very nice watch, and the Raymond Weil caught my eye. For a little over $2K, I bought the one with e movement visible at the lower end of the face, and man did I get compliments. It was a little heavy but felt good on my arm and I was happy with it until it started losing time. I'd wear it every day, so it had plenty of movement to stay wound. Even putting it on the winder it still consistently would lose time, so I brought it back to Lee Michaels and they sent it back to Raymond Weil. It didn't cost me anything this time because it was still under warranty. I got it back after a couple of months later and it didn't take much time for it to start losing time once again, but I was tardy bringing it in again mostly because Lee Michaels is on the other side of town from me and I'd simply forget when heading that way. When I did get around to bringing it in, it was past warranty period, so before they sent it back to the factory, they told me it would cost me to get it back no matter what.....about $70, I don't remember the exact figure. They called me a while later and told me it would be around $700 to have it repaired by the very same people that built it in the first place and didn't repair it when they had a chance. I paid the $70 just so some else didn't end up with this junk, and evidently did not pursue having it repaired. I still have it, but I don't know that I would even sell it for parts. It's junk....pretty junk, but none the same.....JUNK!! It only kept time for about 6 months which is about $350/month. I can buy a lot of watches that keep time for that kind of money. But it was pretty, so I gave it one star.

Hi Steven, Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to learn you experienced poor service from our of shipping partners. We will raise this with Parcel Force directly to learn why, on this occasion, they did not meet our standards in customer service and delivery experience. Best wishes RAYMOND WEIL
