When we checked our bank the next day $21000.00 was “Cash Advanced” from our Visa into one of our accounts and they started E-Tsfr from my accounts to the tune of $35000.00. I have tried to withdraw 4 times and each time they cancel my request! I have reported these actions to the Fraud Department of my bank and Visa.
