Horrible experience with this service. They charge $3/month but provide absolutely nothing in return. Customer support is extremely slow, and while signing up and adding funds was easy, they ended up freezing my money. My withdrawal requests to my linked bank account were immediately canceled. To make matters worse, they lied about offering a digital card, which they never provided. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU'RE PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!
After all of this, I decided to do some research and contacted TRACY WANG. I'm so glad I did. Their team was professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to helping me. They were able to recover my assets when I thought all hope was lost. I highly recommend their services.
