“Ordered an RC for my sons birthday. Arrived in great time and looked great. Charged it as instructed and let my son loose. He had a great first 10-15 minutes until it clipped the wall and the Kingpin shattered on impact, not a big impact but shattered. Contacted customer service with sorry user error this is TOY grade so bad luck. asked if they coudl repair or supply replacement parts and no!”
“Found the rc car for my son. It arrived in good time & was well priced.
Within the first day we had problems with the battery only lasting 15-20 minutes. Then I realised a wheel had lost its drive rod/dogbone. Actually replaced this 3 times now. Also had to replace a differential gear & a pinion within the first week!!
Emailed them several times but no response. I wouldn't buy from them again as they have NO after care but claim they do. Still heard nothing, shame because he loved it yo start now my sons just disappointed with his birthday present & I'm out nearly £200........”
“AVOID THIS SELLER ! -They send faulty item then they try offer repair I rejected a repair as i purchased as a new item. They said they can replace item or refund upon return and said they will reimburse return postage- HOWEVER when they got it back they attempted to repair some of issues and refused refund or replacement.
I opened PayPal claim as seller 1 min later they booked in to ship the faulty item back and still not refunded return postage. Seller says if i reject item delivery they will not take any liability. Now awaiting paypal claim but may have to go through my legal insurance and take to court.”

“Service was good on despatch, but when order arrived the box was missing a key part.
I immediately messaged them (1 week before Christmas) and received no answer. Upon the third chaser they responded to tell me they would look into it (4 days before Christmas so still time to put it right).
Eventually they said they will ask the manufacturer and I wouldn't have it resolved before Christmas (2 days before Christmas).
All this means I have a gift that is no good, and no time to source a replacement so close Christmas (the £80 tired up notwithstanding)
Very frustrated and disappointed; there were multiple options open to them to try and resolve:
- refund and replace
- despatch the missing part from another item on stock
- propel refund to allow me to source the part elsewhere
- I would have bought another if a refund for the first was guaranteed after Christmas
It just felt like they had no appetite to try and fix it for me promptly.
Totally ruined a child christmas, and not even an apology was offered.
I could've bought from a less reliable company for less money, but I expected everything to go smoothly with a company as well known.”
