“Avoid! Read the small print in any contract you sign. This company is ruthless and not customer-oriented. Employee reviews show they treat their employees as badly as their customers. Awful.”
“BE AWARE!!! This company enter into a contract with you with a price that seems very fair but written into the terms and conditions it mentions surcharges and 7 days before the WILL put the price up! Luckily I had emailed the company before this date so I still have time to try to organise some other travel. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK! They explained to me about current situation with fuel but had no sympathy what so ever that we would never be able to afford the new price. I completely understand that at the minute the fuel price has risen to a a place that no one could have predicted but on discussing this with the company and even giving them over 2 month's notice they had no interest in ever returning my deposit. A win win for this company as they will make a profit either way.

“Avoid at all costs, they are dishonest, unethical and unprofessional. All they are interested in is squeezing whatever money they can out of you, they failed to get us to our destination, we literally spend 14 hours of what should have been at most an 8 hour excursion trying increasingly more dangerous routes (Mid Winter, snow bound roads) and failed to arrive where we paid to get to, they then refused to offer refunds because they got us to Harrogate, Late, on a Sunday afternoon, when the shops were closed.”
