“Fraud
There are few people(unprofessional) that answer the call. I will share their name and emails in few days if I don’t hear from them
I placed an order for £250 which they initially accepted and then said not in stock. They then sent me a broken chair, which I checked in deliver and did not accept.
It’s been more than a month that I have not received my product and this company has stopped responding to my emails and phones

“I wouldn't recommend that you order from this company. They are unable to fulfill the delivery schedules as per their website, and do not proactively contact you to inform you of this. When you chase them by telephone, they charge you for the privilege by using a premium rate contact number. I ordered on Dec 3rd and received a confirmation stating a delivery time of 3-5 days. The last time I chased I was informed that I wouldn't get it until after Xmas. Pretty poor.”
“Shocking company, customer service is appalling, ordered a cabinet for my workplace which still hadn't arrived almost 4 weeks later despite being given 3 delivery dates! Have now insisted on a refund, I would have given 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY.”
“Appalling company. Happy to take your money for a next day delivery despite not having items in stock. When asked how this managed to happen they were quick to blame others before accepting their own mistake. When challenged again I was told, "I don't have time to deal with this" before hanging up. Avoid the price temptation and go for someone who are able to offer a decent service level.”
“The first desk we received was left by the back door, unsigned for, packaging open and only 1 of 2 packs. Having reported this, pack 2 arrived after the weekend, so even though we paid for next day delivery that's not what we got! Having decided inbetween the 2 deliveries that we needed a bigger desk, we were then informed that we would charged for collection! What about a refund of the 'next day' delivery cost! We had to phone the couriers to get it collected, but they couldn't advise when the new desk would be delivered as they wouldn't be delivering it! However when the first desk was collected, the second desk was delivered by the same courier anyway! Assembling desk No2 was simple enough until trying to secure the table top to the front bar. The instructions advised that either 2 or 4 screws were needed, depending on the desk. But as the references to the different desk didn't match what was purchased, it made no sense. Either way the desk needed 4 screws but on 2 were provided with the leg pack...and these were too short! Won't be using this firm again.”
