“I was promised 110K for my house. Then told they couldn’t get that and that I needed to come down to 100K. Then, they had the house priced at 120K. They ended up making 17, 000 for doing nothing but take some pictures. Then, I ended up getting less that the 100K, even! The entire process was based on lies and deception on their part.”
“Tried to buy a house to flip through Rebuilt , came all the way down to closing and they couldn’t close the deal. Employee’s of Rebuilt and there company owned title company think as long as you get your money back all is well - they don’t take into consideration the couple of deals you passed up to buy the deal with them . Then your left with nothing - I would not recommend !”
