“I went into this conversation with Joe Delgado a little tense and evasive thinking how awkward this would all be, but Joe quickly help me understand that there was resolution for me and my problem would be taken care of. “Never thought after working for 46 years that I would have to file for bankruptcy. My anxiety level was off the charts and my heart was pounding. Jose was my first point of contact, and thank goodness. Very knowledgeable, and genuinely kind and empathetic. Unlike those horrible phone support people who refuse to go off script (you know what I mean) he really listened, talked to me... what a gem. Ten minutes into the conversation, I could breathe again. Give this guy a raise, a promotion, a bonus for giving me the courage to move forward.”
