“If you're looking for a firm that will stand up for you in a timely way,this isn't the law group for you. I started this mission chapter 7 in August 2025 ( paid 1,950 )that same month and yet my petition has yet to be filed. They'll have you sending all you documents multiple times. After their procrastination, I was then set to speak with a paralegal, who went over all my debts,which I had done starting this process. So here I am four months in,all paid up and still receiving calls and notices from my debtors. This isn't what I expected. Note : client beware”

“I was hesitant to sign up with these people after reading reviews, but Peter Mulcahy swore that the reviews were just disgruntled ex clients & that they were the top rated law firm. What a joke! I busted my ass to pay them in full, after being pressured to do so, & what have I got in return….constantly lied to, provided misinformation, documents going “missing”, no return phone calls, no return emails, being talked down to, being belittled, being shamed/mocked, & bullied. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. I ended up canceling my case & having to eat $1600 of the $1900 I paid to these people because they did not assist & they were horribly verbally abusive. I’m sure, if/when they see this review, they will deny, dismiss, & deflect blame on to me.”

“Its been 2 years since I first began bankruptcy process with them. They were lightening fast getting my payment cashed each month til they were paid in full. Since then its been a never ending cycle of faxing emailing calling and mailing the same documents over and over. I'm still getting calls and letters from creditors they never addressed. Iv had numerous prep app canceled last minute and the blame is put on me not doing what I'm supposed to. I'm now demanding a resolution to my case or a full refund by end of May. DO NOT USE RECOVERY LAW GROUP.”

“This isn't the same recovery law group i know so bad. The documents department don't know what they are doing and come back to me saying they didn't get it or it's wrong format in pdf. This been going on for 8 months now.”

“The absolute worst employer in Madison County. Non compliant with employment practices and ADA laws. They are so bad, the WorkOne and none of the none of the not for profit agencies will send any prospective applicants their way anymore. In the employment sector they've been labeled as an employer to avoid.”
