“I went into this conversation with Joe Delgado a little tense and evasive thinking how awkward this would all be, but Joe quickly help me understand that there was resolution for me and my problem would be taken care of. Joe was caring, understanding, ask questions respectfully all the while assuring me that this life changing decision would be worth it.”

“Never thought after working for 46 years that I would have to file for bankruptcy. My anxiety level was off the charts and my heart was pounding. Jose was my first point of contact, and thank goodness. Very knowledgeable, and genuinely kind and empathetic. Unlike those horrible phone support people who refuse to go off script (you know what I mean) he really listened, talked to me... what a gem. Ten minutes into the conversation, I could breathe again. Give this guy a raise, a promotion, a bonus for giving me the courage to move forward.”

“So for the ones one here talking this recovery law group so sorry you feel like you do but I had a great experience. I spoke with about 4 different people as expected. I’m so glad I get to start my journey to fixing my credit with you guys. Thank you for being so kind and nonjudgmental and also understanding that someone with fixed income and being on disability deserves a chance at fixing my credit. I know it’s not an easy road ahead but it’s better than having this horrible credit history I have. I can’t wait to see what my future holds. I have had the pleasure of talking with Joe Delgado- Intake Specialist and he was absolutely amazing. Ive also had the pleasure of speaking with Attorney Adam Bobel he was super friendly and explained everything to me and made sure I knew I could do a payment plan with me being on SSI.
