“Update on a prior review about shipping and delivery dates. Another week and my order has not shipped. Generic emails about delays but no guaranteed arrival date. Most concerning - my credit card has been charged on the day of the order placement, not the usual practice.”
“Shipping and delivery dates are not close to accurate. Original shipping/ delivery was reasonable at the time of my order, approximately 10 days to deliver. When I received the first notification of delayed delivery, I reached out to customer service and they stated that they were confident of the new ship date. On the day my order was supposed to ship I received an automated generic email notifying me of another delay. If not delayed again, my order will arrive greater than 1 1/2 tp 2 months from placing the order. I did reach out expressing my frustrtation with no response.
I understand orders can be delayed, but they are still taking orders today for product that cannot be filled in a reasonable amount of time.”
