We booked an experience through Red Letter Days and due to a train strike had to reschedule, we gave 7 days notice only to be tolled you need to give 10 days notice when cancelling a booking despite this not being on the web sight or in the terms and conditions, therefore we received no refund and no chance to rebook so lost £100.

Red Letter Days/Buy a Gift, God help you if you want to make any changes!!! It takes forever to get anything sorted, nobody seems to understand anything! On 3 occasions, I had to request a refund due to their mistakes, it was a painful and arduous process, they don’t seem to read or understand anything, ended up going through my card issuer to get things sorted decisively.

Inaccurate info on experiences, bought a two night stay and only afterwards are you notified that there are severe shortages of accommodation and the need to buy up to find a hotel within the next 4 months. Live Chat is invisible and like many companied they do their utmost to stop you contacting them. Still trying to contact them for a refund! I will never use them again.

My order was meant as a gift and it’s now too late as the recipients birthday is today!
I want a refund but it seems unlikely that I will have any luck.

Useless Red Letter Days said they couldn't cancel the booking or give a refund! The whole thing is a big scam.

Paid to upgrade the package in hope of finding something suitable, after being on a call with operator for 90 minutes he agreed the package sold wasn't really what was available and agreed to provide a refund within 10 days.
