“I recently ordered a set of headlights from their website and the website filtering by vehicle suggested 3 different brands of headlights. I picked the ones with the highest reviews and upon arrival and after trying to install realized that they in no way would fit my car and was confirmed by the company they wern't for my make and model. The headlights had a small scratch from trying to install lights I was told would fit and didnt and upon return they received the headlights and denied the return and when I asked for the headlights back or a store credit because they negligently marketed a product for my vehicle they stopped responding and have yet to give me an update. I expected at the very least for them to return the headlights I bought back considering I paid shipping both ways for them. I don't understand how its my fault that a tool on their website suggested lights for my vehicle that don't fit the make or model and I have to pay for it and then get ignored when I ask for the headlights back to try and recover the $450 in cost to buy the headlights and ship them both ways. Would not do business with them again unless I wanted shady and lack luster customer service coupled with no number to call to reason with a human being even after requesting it multiple times. They will take your money and leave you hanging as soon as the card goes through.”
“Ordered a HPS hot and cold pipes from them for my 2017 Ford Focus RS, after 3 days of no response I emailed them and they told me that he item was backstock ad they were waiting to get it in. I wait till 3 days after the date they provided and email them back, and they sent me a Fedex shipping # that says my item was sent to Baton Rouge, NOT WEST VIRGINIA. I inform them they sent the item to the wrong address, and they try to tell me that they sent it to the correct address! After I prode LEGITIMATE PROFF OF THEIR ERROR, they stopped responding”
“1-2 day shipping... Nope. Try 7 day processing then another 7 for a tracking label then another 3 days for the package to get picked up. Still haven't even gotten it and the customer service in 99% sure is a bot at this point.”
“Made a purchase after realizing they would nor work on my model car sent a email message because apparently they have no number to actually speak to anyone so customer service is trash and there return policy sucks to ship item back cost more than the parts . Never again will i or my customer do business with a company you cant communicate with through a call and they’re customer service is non existent and quick to take your money but not quick to help the consumer with solution”
“We ordered a Hurst shifter for $537.34 and was sent an email confirmation and the next day another email telling us when it would be shipped. THEN the next day we received an email from Tim Griffith telling us OOPS the published price had increased to $749.95 "due to all the new tariffs" really???? 40% increase? No thanks, I'll cancel the order I said. Then 2 days later I received another email saying the item had been shipped. I emailed them back...........at what price? Then got another email stating it'd been cancelled. Make up your mind. We'll be buying the part from another company and not from someone who can't stand by their published prices.”
