“1-2 day shipping... Nope. Try 7 day processing then another 7 for a tracking label then another 3 days for the package to get picked up. Still haven't even gotten it and the customer service in 99% sure is a bot at this point.”
“Made a purchase after realizing they would nor work on my model car sent a email message because apparently they have no number to actually speak to anyone so customer service is trash and there return policy sucks to ship item back cost more than the parts . “We ordered a Hurst shifter for $537.34 and was sent an email confirmation and the next day another email telling us when it would be shipped. THEN the next day we received an email from Tim Griffith telling us OOPS the published price had increased to $749.95 "due to all the new tariffs" really???? 40% increase? No thanks, I'll cancel the order I said. Then 2 days later I received another email saying the item had been shipped. I emailed them back...........at what price? Then got another email stating it'd been cancelled. Make up your mind. We'll be buying the part from another company and not from someone who can't stand by their published prices.”
