“Just had my first refund come through. Checked my Oyster card account and it was credited to it straight away. Excellent.”

“There should be 1 more star for Reeclaim. It should be excellent. I have been travelling with TFL for 18 years now. Gone through minor delays to extreme delays and cancellations. Never though about claiming or new about claiming. Read about Reeclaim on MSM site. Supplied my TFL login details a d since then I have had so many refunds. I advice every person who travels on TFL network should have a Reeclaim account registered. Good job guys. Most important thing is "Its free"”

“So good. Got a delay on one of the trains... didn't even realise that it was long enough to be entitled to a refund, and just got the TFL email saying my refund request had been accepted. Amazing! :)”

“I don't know how they do it but Reeclaim manage to refund me for every delayed journey - even I don't realise it's been delayed! I'm getting refunds almost every week and it's one less thing for me to worry about. Thanks guys!”

“OMG!! Reeclaim is amazing!! They claim all my delayed tube journeys for me, even the ones I didn’t know I was entitled to. It’s really easy to sign up and you don’t have to deal with long forms or phone calls, it’s so easy!”
