Happy to acknowledge I was cynical about this - only to find recently a couple of emails notifying me I'd been delayed (I never knew) and I had been refunded. Impressed.

Really nice - all you need to sign up and update your Oyster and they do all the leg work on refunds

Good service, I had cancelled my Oyster card that was registered covering day of delay and the refund went to my debit card instead now used for touch in/out... Only downside as during that same week I experienced 2 other longer delays on the same lines but no refund.

It was a bugger to set up (probably because I'm old) but they sent me an email saying that they were "thrilled" when I got my first refund (I nearly swooned with delight). Seriously, looking good so far and getting refunds credited to my account. Good service and recommended to all poor sufferers using TfL and particularly the Pickashitty Line.

I wasn’t sure about signing up but I did. Within two days I got an email saying that I have been refunded due to delays. It’s so good as it takes the process out of contacting tfl directly which sometimes can be a pain. Thank you I look forward to more refunds.

This is the second refund I receive via Reeclaim, which is nice, and when I think about THOUSANDS of people who can now claim such refunds for situations, when fully packed trains are delayed for more than 15 minutes in a peak time, it makes me hope tube may be willing to do something to fix the problem next time before it happens. Tfl sent something as a nice accompanying letter as well; something like "sorry you had a waste of journey and late wherever you were travelling, but here is it your £1.5 back. Enjoy".

I was actually very sceptical and was forced in to signing up by husband but he was right (annoyingly) and in first 24 hours got £2.80 back this is day 2 so will see whether I get more .

Reeclaim automatically reviewed the journeys, identified any that was eligible for a refund, made a request for it and informed me of the refund being successfully credited. I didn't have to do anything, particularly remember the details of the journey that was delayed.
