“I must receive at least 20 - 30 a month at the minute from the trains being delayed. So much so that I share whilst on the platform : )”

“I had no idea of how many refunds I could claim! I was shocked when the emails came through thinking Wow I was delayed that many times and for the length of time too! This service is great! They literally just apply on your behalf and you get told when the refund is due. And to sign up is so simple, no complicated forms just log in to your TFL account and thats it!”
