“Firstly, you exist. Secondly, your website is easy to use and registering was extremely simple. Lastly, I received 2 refund notifications within 2 days of signing up. These were for journeys that I had completed earlier on in the week, totalling £8. I never would have bothered to manually fill out claims requests. Thank you!!! I’m signing your praises to everyone that I know”

“It's so automated that I don't have to put a reclaim with TFL. Reeclaim does it for me. In the busy schedule it's difficult to remember to put a claim manually. Very happy that sometimes the refund happens when we hardly remember the delay time. Thank you Reeclaim.”
