“I was sceptical when I first set this up, but it has worked perfectly. Whenever I have a tube delay I just see the fare automatically credited back to my bank account. Never experienced any issues, couldn’t recommend more highly as a service.”

“Reeclaim is, dare I say it, the perfect service - straightforward to set up, reliable, good communications and provides an excellent service which not only actually gets money back but makes commuting less stressful. When I experience a delay I no longer have any additional worries about having to get on the tfl claim site when I get back home and extend my stress, but I know that reeclaim will take care of it. The additional refunds I get when I don't even know I was eligible are even better - especially when travelling on unfamiliar routes. I actively promote this service to every other London commuter I know.”

“Actually does what it says and works brilliantly. If you use TFL at all there's no reason you should not be using this. The only thing I hope they can change is not having to login directly with your Oyster account and it requires you to put your password in, but I understand there is no other way at this time.”
