“I can't believe I only just heard of Reeclaim because it is so useful. You no longer have to take the time to request a refund for delays from Tfl, just let Reeclaim do it all for you! It's all very efficient and saves so much time.”

“This is the best service ever, the amount of time I have been delayed on the tube, and forget to claim back. Or I can't remember the date or time it happened. This Service does all the leg work for me automatically and I don't have to do a thing. Why TFL does not provide this service, is beyond me.”

“I signed up thinking the service was a bit too good to be true but apart from having to set up a tfl account (4 mins max), reeclaim literally do everything. I just had a refund for a journey that I didn’t even know was delayed! Happy days!!”

“Really impressed by this service. They do all the TFL refund work for you and I've already had a couple of refunds I didn't expect. Everyone should sign up, it's incredibly quick and easy to do.”
