“I am so grateful for Reeclaim - i live at the end of the Central Line and i am regularly delayed - so often that sometimes i dont event realise it! Reeclaim does all the work for me so i can just get my refunded cash on to my debit card easily.”

“I pay for an annual oyster card, initially i was receiving the emails saying i was being refunded for my delayed journeys but seeing no refund. It was when i went to renew my Oyster card for the year a few weeks ago i was automatically discounted the accumulated delayed journeys which was great and did make a difference- nearly £50 when i only signed up a few months ago. Once you have signed up the website is super helpful and automatically lets you know a few days later you will be receiving a refund for a delayed journey, and as i live on the district line this is quote frequent! Really glad i found this website and looking forward to another discount next year when i renew my oyster!”

“After signing up you don't have to do anything else in order to get refunds. This works perfectly for me as I always have some sort of delay each week. With Reeclaim I don't have to worry about raising requests on the TFL website as they take care of it. So far in the past two months I have been using it I have been refunded a single fare 11 times! It's nice to get something back with the amount we pay for an unreliable travel network in the UK.”

“I wasn't sure what to expect of this at first so my expectations were pretty low but it's incredible how many refunds you actually get that I would never have applied for myself - well worth signing up if you're a London commuter!”

“I literally didn't have to do anything - my refund was simply credited to my account, without me even knowing I was due one! Everyone should use Reeclaim - it's so simple, why wouldn't you?!”

“Great app for claiming refunds I would normally not bother with due to form filling. Was easy to set up and link to my Oyster Account. Definitely worth using this app to get what you are owed for delays and perhaps if enough use it the train companies will do more about eliminating delays..”
