“This is one of the most useful and effective things I have ever signed up to! It has cost me nothing and I have got back about £80 without doing anything! I know I would never have got around to claiming the refunds from TFL. This is just brilliant and a big thank you to Reclaim. Fantastic!”

“I joined Reclaim as I was fed up with the constant delays on the District line and because of the time wasted on the phone with TFL complaining about the service. Shorty after joining Reeclaim I received automatic refund on 4 journeys. The only regret is that I did not use this service sooner.”

“Very sceptical at first, but I've been impressed. You've taken the hassle out of claiming for refunds. Also, I generally don't remember to claim for delays, especially on my way home, but you've successfully reclaimed several. Very happy”

“If you have to commute into London everyday, this is a gem. It collects your travel data and analyses it so you don’t have to remember dates and times and work out if you might be eligible for a refund. It then auto makes the application for you. It just gets on with it and no hassles. One really good example of how useful apps should be.”
