“I registered on this site quite a while ago & forgot about it until the other day when I experienced a delay on my journey home from work. Historically I would have logged a claim on the TFL site myself but this time I waited to see if this service actually worked. 2 days after the delay, I received an e mail from TFL stating my claim had been successful. Great service & looks like I will never miss a delay claim again Thanks”

“Excellent. Automatically puts a refund request in via TFL so you don't have to think about it. I get around 1 refund a month, nice surprise when it's the last thing you're thinking about”
