I would like to thank Sarah at Reed in Epsom for her time and help in finding me a position after a long career break within days of contacting her. She is always very supportive and prompt in keeping you updated. She is absolutely brilliant and has never disappointed me a position. I highly recommend her.

Reed have been awesome from start to finish. After seeing a fantastic opportunity appear on Reed, Alice got in touch, talked me through the role and eventually got me through the interview process with some awesome tips and pointers. She constantly kept me up to date via phone calls and email throughout the process. A really good balance of friendliness and professionalism. I couldn't recommend her and the rest of the team enough.

Bought a course off Reed by skills up. Couldn't access the course, no sound appalling quality. Asked for a refund. Told I couldn't get a refund but they'd be happy to exchange for another course. I asked for an alternative and they gave me a course with no video and just worksheets. This is the free course given out with the first one that was useless. Now they won't contact me to discuss. Avoid!

No expenses for travel. I'm disabled and need to drive . They won't pay 1.40 for 4 miles of travel because I have no receipt. Obviously because they are a bent company who have been prosecuted for tax evasion..

Expenses ate useless 1.40 toward diesel. For 8 miles what a rip off . Courses are useless, most employers don't recognise them. It's a total scam . Making money for the government owned buy a top Conservative.

Terrible company, signed me up for a contract and completely miss sold and lied to me, told them I wasn’t happy and there attitude was we don’t care your in a contract, adverts producing zero applications on 35 jobs and CV’s of engineers and accountants with there job as a warehouse operative to make it look like they have more CV’s than they actually do! Most CV’s dead and old numbers, duplicate CV’s say that have millions of CV’s when most are made up and don’t work to steal your money when signing up. Honestly CV library are cheaper and far better

Callum Lindsey at Reed Norwich was fantastic the first interview I got I was successful, was such a smooth quick process from receiving my CV to getting the answer I wanted for my perfect job! Callum was very profession, friendly and keep me updated along they way. Highly recommend reed!

Ordered a first aid course for two of my staff a month ago. Still no course details sent despite me chasing Reed and the supplier. Reed now say that the refund is at the option of the supplier who have not satisfied their end of the arrangement.

Her communication skills are outstanding, always updating and communicating on a regular basis with regards to finding a perfect match. In spite of payment for paid courses, The Course Completion Certificates from REED contains neither signature nor certificate number on it...... then what is the use of gaining that certificate.... any credibility for the certificate !!!

Total waste of space. Contacted me about an opportunity. Got me to rewrite my cv as an urgent matter then never answered any emails or phone calls again. Avoid like the plague.

Was chucked off the course, Reed said I wasn’t on this course, I sent them proof of payment since I’d already started the course. They then sent me logon details global Ed link which sent me a password as I couldn’t logon the PW was sex my perv is disgusting. Also wasn’t informed on booking that the certificate is almost £200 I’ve unsubscribed even tho I’ll lose my £ for the course as definitely do not trust this company

I have had dealings with Reed over the years since 2006 Have been an agency worker for Reed since June 2018 We are all only human and mistakes are sometimes made when the pressure is on I have found generally found Reed Consultants to be fair, open, willing and able to deal with any issues that come up sympathetically and swiftly They care about their workers and try to ensure that shifts work for them Course wise have taken several courses at bargain price of £10 or £12 or £20 - many are offered free What is not to like

I enjoyed the service and experience that I had at Reeds today when doing a new plan it was made simple and easy for me. Delmarcus did an excellent job and provided an authentic customer experience for me! I will be back.

Awful agency, looking for some basic admin work, Reed kept passing my cv over to hospitality section as I have experience in that. Keep away from them is all I can say.
