“Called on the phone to discuss a couple of bits and see if they knew more about an item I was trying to get that I couldn't see listed. Turned out they didn't have it, but discussed trying an alternative product anyway and then would accept return if not. Ordered the mains bits I needed and the extras. Popped a note in to ask for next day if possible as needed it urgently and turned up the following morning. Really great service.”

“The man who delivered my parcel didn’t knock or press the doorbell he opened my door then closed it too not shutting it completely and then pressed the doorbell.. it was scary and creepy that a stranger thought it was ok to open my door with no consent. If it happens again I will be reporting it to the police as it’s all on camera”
