“The app and website are designed amazingly (its simplicity and ability to be easily navigated is satisfying). Amazing customer service. I received friendly videos thanking me for my order which made me feel like a valued customer. Scans are amazing. Not only in price, but in quality as well. And not just that…THEY DON’T CHARGE EXTRA FOR HALF FRAME PHOTOS! Other labs I looked at charge bogus additional fees for half frame rolls. You guys stick out from other labs in every way.
