“Scam Would leave 0 stars if I can Horrible experience!!! I have to relocate for work emergency, I provided proof of this and they refused to issue a refund I provided a letter from work and they somehow came up with the conclusion that it falls under unwanted ticket Better save your money when asked if you like to make it refundable, they would fine every possible excuse to not issue a refund”
