“They are scammers!! Please don't use them - you will use all your money!! I contacted them for help after I was scammed. Zoey contacted me and asked for the information to evaluate the situation/ case. She then informed me that they can help us but we will need the help of a lawyer. Paul contacted me, explained the process and assured me that they would be able to retrieve the money. We signed a contract with him. We paid a deposito, which according to the contract would be refunded if they did not retrieve the money. Just after we payed the deposit both Zoey and Paul dissapeared!!!! Please don't use them. All these " good" reviews are fake. I have proof of all our conversations and the contact. I also sent emails to support@refundsics.com as well as to customer care and after four months have not even received a reply!! Please don't waste your time and money!!
