“Not sure what these negative reviews are about, maybe competitors, they have a 24 hour helpline, so to say they dont repsond is rubbish - I have used them for many years and never had any problems. I have had to put a deposit down for some inpatient stuff before because they dont have direct billing but they sent a rep out to pay it the next day, plus it much cheaper than all the other guys.”
