“I'm a returning customer of NRG:IT having had a superb experience in June 2017 with a high-end Dell Monitor purchase, and now I'm after an additional one my automatic first port of call has been NRG:IT. Another superb experience, notwithstanding that it was damaged in-transit, as indeed was the replacement one... it's only when something goes wrong that one gets to test a supplier's aftersales care & ethos and [at aged 52] I can happily report that NRG:IT are absolutely 'top notch' and in the 'Top 3' that I have ever dealt with, and a special shout-out for the most excellent Andy. So it's a very glowing review here, and I hope that this helps any potential, would-be buyers of NRG:IT to decide to buy from them with total confidence knowing that if something does go wrong they are absolutely superb at putting it right, without any quibble or hesitation and in a very sincere & cheery manner t'boot... their underlying 3 year warranty most certainly 'does what it says on the tin', without any catches or get-outs. Many, Many Thanks Andy & NRG:IT for such positive experiences.”
