“Excellent service with useful pre-advice over the phone. Goods arrived on time with great tracking updates. Prodcut was very secuerly wrapped. One slight problem, the power lead that fed the PC monitor was faulty although that was down to the product manufacturer rather then NRG:IT”

“The first monitor that arrived was in a shabby box (not the manufacturer one) and after geting it home and opening it i could also see that it had already been assembled. It had 2 dead pixels on the display. So as you can imagine I was not happy, however after calling the store and explaning this a new one was sent out and was dropped off the next day. When it arrived it was in the manufacture box and has never been used. I'm extremely happy with this customer service and my new monitor. Definitely would use again.”

“Super quick delivery and product as described. I knocked a star off because the screen that was delivered - Alienware monitor AW2518H had a pixel missing. Normally I would expect the vendor to test their products before sending them so this should have been picked up. Nevertheless the screen is great and way too much hassle to send back for such a small detail - a solid 4 star.”

“Just Purchased an Alienware monitor, The product is amazing I absolutely love it! I have given 4 stars simply due to the package being delivered to another address, I don't know if this was a problem on DPD's end or NRGit. I did end up receiving the package though with no hassle, i just had to pick it up from a local pick up shop. All round I would recommend NRGit.”

“I tried sending a review and midway through it went fut. Anyway. Fantastic dilvery beats Amazon! What is missing is a conformity certificate to confirm everything is in working order because the DP did not work, is that a Linux pre Kernel version 4.12 compliance balls up handshaking with the monitor or an actual fault with the monitor? We buy products beyond your scope, thus supply compliance certificates please.”
