“Great monitor. Exactly as described. Very pleased. DPD didn't deliver next day as promised and no communication from them to explain why or when it would arrive. It arrived a couple of days later (admittedly over a bank holiday weekend). However, NRGIT were very apologetic on DPDs behalf and undertook to pass on feedback.”

“Product arrived as expected. It was dispatched promptly and arrived in good condition. We had difficulties setting the delivery date with DPD, but that was not the fault of NRG:IT but the fault of the people delivering the product.”

“Brilliant deal on a monitor I had been looking at for a while - ordering was easy - delivery was included in price - delivery was next day - arrived dead on time - monitor was well packaged in sturdy foam supports in a strong box - apart from monitor not being contained in a plastic wrap of any sort, so it had picked up some condensation - but monitor works absolutely fine, love it! Very happy. Thanks”

“Order a Dell U2715H 27. The delivery was fast and arrived in good condition. The box was quite massive for the monitor, but this might be Dell's packaging, not sure. Also, no instructions in the box for some reason, but all the cables were there, including a display cable. Also quite a good price.”

“When I called twice, both times two different guys were very helpful and knowledgeable about the screens that I was wanting to buy. The process was quick and easy. They potentially could offer a further discount if I paid by cash as I was buying two (£230) monitors but unfortunately I needed to pay by credit card so they weren't able to offer any further discount :( otherwise they would have got a 'great'!”

Thank you for your feedback and thank you also for the additional comments you sent via email. As discussed I am very sorry that you had a poor experience with your delivery. Our courier DPD has an excellent service record overall, and this is the main reason why we use them, but sadly no courier will have a 100% success rate and mistakes will occasionally happen. As discussed I have forwarded your feedback and additional comments to DPD via our account manager and they will take the appropriate action to ensure that the same mistake cannot happen again. “Quick, Polite service. Used them before, would use them again. It would have been a 5 star except for the reconditioned monitor I had delivered having a dirty screen! Come on guys, at least clean the monitor screen before you send them out. Picture attached.”

“Service excellent. My only issue was the screens I bought were short in height and although I didnt notice this (my fault). However the screens were as ordered, delivered promptly and good VFM. Just no good for me with low height (1600 x 900)”

“I received a different model of monitor to the one I actually ordered. However, I immediately rang customer support who were friendly and helpful letting me keep the monitor that I had received until they were able to ship me the correct monitor at no additional cost. Despite the mishap I would still recommend this company to anyone due to their very competitive prices and excellent customers support with the ability to deal with problems effectively and efficiently.”
