“I've not had any problem with my monitor, so I can't rate the costumer service for any particular issue. I was quite pleased with the item description, the packaging and the choice of courier: in my area DPD is really good and choosing them means that your items are treated well and you deal with a decent person. I was so happy with the quality and price of my monitor (the lowest I could find it by £30) that I recommended it to my partner, who bought it the same day and received it the day after his purchase. We were both overdue an upgrade, and the monitor I purchased looks really nice, has a nice height-adjustable stand and was generally such a good bargain we could not pass on it.”

“NRG:IT were very helpful and I would recommend them. However, the hard drive was replaced by DELL with a 500Gb unit in their refurbishment of the machine. That drive is much noisier (compared to other DELL machines that I have) than the standard 1TB drive that DELL usually fit. NRG:IT should have been specified this in their advert for the desktop, although I suspect DELL did not give them that information.”

“I am more than happy with the monitor, which arrived on time and securely packed also the price was £92 cheaper than Amazon I was less pleased with the payment process. Although I had ample funds payment was stopped by my building society twice due to a suspected fraud.Iwas only able to complete the purchase through PayPal.”

“Purchased a Dell U2415H monitor, unaware that NRG seem to deal mainly with refurbished goods. Monitor seems ok but I think NRG should be more transparent that items are returns. Nowhere in the description does it say refurb. Delivery & communication are good though.”

“Delivery was very quick and my monitor was well packaged, however there is significant light bleeding issues with the monitor. I was informed by the NRGIT team that all items were inspected before shipping, this light bleeding should have been noticed! Within moments of posting this review I was contacted by the NRGIT customer service team to organise a fix for my issues.”
