Very happy with the easy to use website, my order was placed on a Thursday and arrived on the Friday. A much cheaper solution indeed. However, there was a discrepancy with one of my items within my order when it arrived. After speaking to the friendly team at NRG:IT, this was rectified and the correct item was dispatched ASAP. Would use again.

Great price, good service (but see below), and kept me informed regarding the order process and delivery at all times. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending this supplier to others. Only one minor glitch: when I placed my order, I also needed a cable which I couldn't find on the site, so I registered/submitted an online inquiry - never had an reply and still haven't so purchased elsewhere. Not the end of the world but......you get a good rather than very good for this slip up.

Hi Peter, Thank you for your review and apologies for the confusion with your enquiry. As you placed your online enquiry over the weekend, we responded on the following Monday morning, offering to include the additional cable at no extra charge if you let us know your order number. As we did not receive a reply we were unfortunately unable to do so. Due to the way our online chat system works, if you are not online to see our reply the system will send the reply to you via email, but this only applies if you enter your email address. If you did include your email address then our reply may have gone into your junk folder. For any future enquiries, if you wish to use our online chat feature it is best to use it during our opening hours only (10am to 6pm Monday to Friday). For all enquiries outside of those times please send us an email to sales@nrgit.com and we will pick that up when we return to the office. Regards Alex @ NRG IT

Well packaged, delivered promptly, brand new unopened box, monitor as expected. Unfortunately I had to go out at short notice so missed both notification email and delivery first time by DPD. However, redelivery occurred the following day. Found the tracking system promoted on the website to be uninformative. Can rely on the deliverer notification email instead (if DPD) but note this does come only one half to one hour before delivery so not much use if planning your day several hours beforehand. Otherwise perfect.

Even though the screens arrived damaged ( from transit) they were helpful and quick to accept the screens back. Excellent customer service!

Unfortunately received a faulty product. However, experienced great customer service and the problem was resolved with a replacement promptly. Was left to feel that Alex & the team put their customers first.

My computer arrived with a damaged front panel (pin missing on cover to USB panel) and I await resolution to this problem. Otherwise excellent service so I just hope this matter can be resolved without any problem

Took a little time to understand the Payment requirements/protocol, especially when wanting delivery to a different address as that at which my CC was registered, but got there in the end. Appreciated the patience of NRG:IT staff very much. Delivery was safe and exactly on time.

Bought at the end of sept as a Christmas present. (when I had some spare cash) Had a quick check over & powered it up on receipt (after advice from the very pleasant Alex, to ensure everything was intially ok) but now (Boxing Day) we've had it running for 24hrs & downloaded windows 10 & Office 2016 everything seems perfect. would I buy from NRG IT again? On this evidence.. Yes absolutely.

Ordered a couple of Dell refurbished screens - Simple, easy transaction - items as described. Very happy over all and included 3 year onsite warranty is fantastic!
