“A very unpleasant experience. A company where you wait 2 hours just to get a response, and then they tell you they can’t help you. I waited 2 days for them to change an email address. I called more than 10 times and sent messages through support chat — nothing, no help at all!
Stay away from this company if you can. If you want to rent through them, ask the landlord to change the verification company!”
“I am absolutely upset at the horrible customer service rent profile provided me, my move in date is April 10th it’s been going 3 weeks, they keep tossing me around with no progress, I submitted all my details, all my employees details but nothing changed, everytime I call them they have a new excuse for me , it’s very very unfair if anything changes I will update this review”
