“Absolutely horrendous service. Sadly I trusted them with my iPhone 7 of which was given back to me in a state beyond economical repair - they do not have the equipment to fix iPhones and therefore heat up the phones to a damaging temperature to remove the parts - causing the iPhone to permanently break. I also now have missing elements of the phone such as the screws and the plate which is designed to hold all internal components in place. The staff are extremely rude and also not accepting liability and have even gone to the extent of creating a fake receipt on their system to try and suggest I went in a couple of days earlier and have stated 'dead device' as the initial diagnosis. This never happened as I wasn't even in the country a couple of days prior. I am now pursuing legal action as I cannot get any further with the company.”

“Screen broke after a few weeks due to inherent fault with materials used. Company refused to refund money or repair for free as warranty states. Would not use again. Avoid.”

Hi Benjamin, Sorry to see your review. We only fit original Sony screens and offer a 90 day parts and labour warranty. Unfortunately when the device comes back to us with a cracked display, we cannot return it as a faulty item due to it being damaged. A reduced rate was offered to repair the device but you decided against going ahead. Many Thanks, Repair Your Mobile.

“I sent in a perfectly functioning Samsung S4 mobile but with a cracked outer screen which was replaced for a sum of £50 but on its return the handset was found to be faulty so I rang them to discuss this matter but no answer so I left a voicemail message for them to contact me and also an email was sent but I have never had an answer to either and that was around 9 months ago! The phone was sent back to Samsung for repair and it has worked faultlessly ever since so all in all a very expensive screen repair but the most alarming part of this sorry affair is the appalling customer service from this company..... no more to say really.”

Hi Ann, I have looked through all old emails and cannot find anything from you other than the original order. Apologies if we have missed that somehow.
