“The system for the buyer was excellent. So convenient and I could select a repairer that was close to my area. Only concern is that the garages were not aware of the system and struggled with price I had Ben quoted. However garage ( Monkseaton motor's) did the job for agreed price quick and efficient. Will definitely use system again.”

“The only let down on this is that the price quoted on the website couldn't be accepted by the garage! I don't know whether this is a one off problem or if it is general.”

“Not sure how New this website is and how long they had been associated with the mechanics. When I made the booking on line and called the mechanics, they were not ware of the website and had no record of the booking. Everything worked out ok, and they honoured the quote from the website and got the work done so overall I am happy.”

“The garage was friendly and did a good job. I would use them again. However the first thing they did was to reject your quote and offer to do the work for a higher price.”

“The site is good but I feel that it is not that obvious you need to register first before you get a quote and with web sites supposedly speeding our lives up when you get one that slows you up one is tempted to simply leave the site and find another. Apart from that I was easy clear and a good site just needs re designing so its easy to get started.”
