“A good website, but just advertising the various garage. I was waiting 3 days for a call after my booking. Nobody called me, loosing time and not moving my car.”

“When I booked on-line it clearly showed that there were slots for my car to be booked in and I did book it in. I was disappointed when I was sent a text message to say that the garage couldn't fit my car in after all. There was no telephone call to apologise and offer me alternative dates. Quite disappointed. Sounds just like a gimmick to me.”
