“Very pleased with the Car repair shop I booked - they communicated well and were very helpful. I booked a full service and the car was booked in on a Saturday and the work completed to time. Its good that the price quoted is a complete cost and so you know what to budget in advance, it was for this reason I used the service and it gave me local comparisons. No tyre kicking, sucking in of breath and being told it costs an extra £50 as the sprocket widget is broken!!!”

“The garage I used seemed really good but one thing they did mention about my price I was given as it didn't include the price of sensors. So I would consider that in future you update your options on brakes to include this especially as you have the option to work out what car I have from the registration.”

“I came across this site by pure chance whilst searching online for a local garage that could replace my brakes and also complete the MOT at the same time. The process was very simple as I registered my details and specified what jobs I required completing on my car. After selecting the date I would prefer, I was given a range of different local garages with exact quote amounts depending on whether I wanted basic or premium parts used. I selected a local garage called Victoria Garage in Pudsey and took my car on the day I had chosen. The staff were great and completed the work with the price as quoted online. I love this service as I tend to like to know the cost in advance so this is an ideal service for me and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.”

“The system for the buyer was excellent. So convenient and I could select a repairer that was close to my area. Only concern is that the garages were not aware of the system and struggled with price I had Ben quoted. However garage ( Monkseaton motor's) did the job for agreed price quick and efficient. Will definitely use system again.”

“Appalling. Quote received and car booked into garage. Awaited phone call from garage which was supposed to come before 11.00 am that morning. By 1.00pm nothing so I rang them. They informed me that they were not on the scheme and that they hadn't received my details over there. I enquired about the costs and I was told that the parts alone would cost more than the figure I had been quoted and that the repair cost would be in the region of 50% more than the price I had been given. I'm now needing to find another provider. Not happy and certainly would not recommend, particularly if work is needed on a strict budget or relatively urgently.”
