“I Wanted 400 business cards and 400 A6 flyers. Contacted Reproprint with a basic idea of what I was looking for (I had some basic design ideas, but they needed a professional to improve them; nevertheless, the designs were simple). I was given a quote - cards £97 (inc. VAT) and £108 (inc. VAT) for the A6 cards. - £97 for 400 simple business cards is extremely expensive; I have now discovered it is possible to obtain that number for £40. I wanted to see some drafts first, but was told that could not be be done "without commitment and payment up front." - That's rather like being asked to buy a car or a house that one has never seen before. Altogether, expensive and very poor customer service.”
