“Worse company I have ever saw regarding food and supplements for exotic reptiles I make orders and pay special charges due to diet of my animal an 5 day later still no food supply an delivery saying meant to be a Tuesday now it’s Monday I have had to go out get emergency food cause if not my animal would be dead due to the poor service of this company”
“Unfortunately after lots of very good orders of live food from here I phoned up about a baby Yemen chameleon. The lady I spoke to was nice enough but spoke down to me as if I didn’t know how to care for the female I have already had for 4 years. I have a tall glass vivarium like a lot of people and monitor food intake, heat and moisture like anyone should.
I was made to feel like everything I do with her is wrong. I was also told females are sold with males as they are solely for breeding. I don’t agree with that at all. A female Yemen is a beautiful creature and I love mine. She is happy and healthy and hasn’t laid eggs for 3 years.
I make sure she’s not egg bound and that I am doing everything for her to make her have a happy life.
I’m really disappointed by my experience today.”

I ordered a Nano heat lamp for the Turtle Med light fixture. I woke up this morning to GLASS ALL OVER MY TANK, IN THE WATER, ON MY TURTLE!!!!!!! The bulb had blown and it was a miracle my turtle isn't dead.
For a company that calls themselves the reptile centre, they sure are trying hard to kill of my reptile! I am beyond angry. A replacement of the light or even compensation wont compare to the near loss of my turtle today.”
