“I had high hopes based on their promises, but unfortunately, Reputation-Guards didn’t deliver. The communication was inconsistent, and I didn’t see any noticeable changes to my online reputation after several weeks. Felt like I was chasing them for updates.””

“This company is a complete and total fraud… I hired them and after over a year, they were unable to perform any review removal off of Google and when I hired another company to perform the service, they immediately sent me an invoice and started demanding payment… I explained to them they were wrong and when they didn’t care to hear that they started threatening to post additional new negative reviews about me on my Google profile. Beware this is nothing but a scam to get money out of people and harass you u til you pay them for a service they did not preform.”

“When I initially reached out to inquire about the process, the first thing they mentioned was the price of $1,250 per review removal. As I continued to ask about payment terms and how the process works—specifically whether payment is made after the service is completed—the conversation became increasingly uncomfortable. At that point, I found it difficult to continue with my questions, so I chose to end the conversation.”

“You guys have harassed me constantly since I made an innocent inquiry (2) weeks ago 4-5 calls daily .. “ ** Harassment is a federal crime ** Section 1692d “ A person is guilty of harassment in the first degree when he or she intentionally and repeatedly harasses another person by following such person or communication unwanted " If it becomes necessary we will without hesitation seek legal help * STOP *”

“I accidentally called Reputation-Guards trying to contact my privacy manager at Reputation Defender. I told the guy that it was a misdial. They have since called me dozens of times (including 7am on Saturday), filled up my voicemail, and sent just as many texts to "fix my online reputation". I DO NOT HAVE AN ONLINE REPUATION ISSUE. I called to complain today and the guy was extremely rude and pushy. Don't accidentally call them!!!”
