I called them five minutes after confirming that the actual hotel room and fees were substantially cheaper and was on hold for 45 minutes and then I knew I was going down the "scam city hole" Got some Jamaican ahole who basically said he'd cancel reservation BUT no refund.

Don't book. Charged me $20 Booking Fee. Watch the internet address when booking a motel online. Reservations.com will come up when you think you're booking through the motel you want! As with other reviews, it says you can cancel anytime, but if you do, they won't refund the booking fee, which was $20 for me. My Credit Card company investigated this fraud and said they could not refund the money.
