“I was really happy when my resin kit arrived early, beautifully packaged and with everything I'd expected it to come with! However, the resin I received was split/had formed white crystals so when I made my project the resin was cloudy white rather than clear. I followed the instructions but decided to reach out to them via their website to get advice (I've never worked with resin before so I'm unsure if the resin comes white/lumpy or whether it was a genuine human error on my part!) but haven't received any feedback. I really enjoyed doing the kit but I'm reluctant to buy again.”

Dear Danielle Thank you for your review. We have had to turn our contact form off as it wasn’t playing ball and consequently meant we missed some messages. We are truly sorry for that. It looks like your resin may have become cold and crystallised in the bottle. If you warm the resin first (by standing it in a jug of warm water) the crystals should disperse and you can use the resin as normal. “Colour is fine. However no real control over each drip coming out because it is so thick. Won’t buy again unfortunately”

“Unfortunately the glitter I bought was poor. Instead of looking like glitter when glued to pine cones it went more like a paste and it doesn’t sparkle. I want the product to be good because it’s environmentally friendly but it simply hasn’t made a nice job.”
