I have ordered and paid a substantial amount to resin8 and I love the products and the content artists that I regularly watch and comment on. However I am beginning to be increasingly annoyed and disappointed with the level of care from the Management and the digital team. I never seem to get my discounts, free P&P when I regularly spend over the requirements. I paid nearly £15 to enter a competition (which I am extremely embarrassed about now) And yet I have had no communication to who has won. Every time I try to log in I am told that my details are incorrect and I have to re-register- however I continually receive emails and notifications on Instagram and Facebook when there are things to watch. I am so disappointed- I never receive the ‘sale’ prices because they are either ‘sold out’ or I’ve just missed them because I don’t pay extra for a members account. Seriously girls I am beyond frustrated. I have tried to email and yet never received a response. I’ve been a really good customer for over 12 months and even got my family to buy me gift cards. I’d appreciate a response PLEASE I know you’re all busy but so am I and the last thing I want to do is moan about something that is supposed to make me happy.

Please could you pop me a direct email at XXXXXX@resin8.co.uk so I can deal with these matters personally for you. We never want our customers to be unhappy. I am so sorry you have had some difficulties with the sale, please list in detail what these are for me and I will do my upmost to resolve these for you. The competition changed, we sent 3 emails out explaining this and offered full refunds or exchanges for tickets for the new competition which ends Christmas eve. I wonder if you have a look in your spam folder if they are there, as we made sure to send these out multiple times. I am so sorry if you have emailed and it hasn't arrived with us, we have multiple staff handling emails from 7am-6pm daily and sometimes earlier and later. We check our spam folders upwards of 20 times a day also. I am very sorry yours hasn't seemed to reach us. We also cover social media from 7am -10pm however due to the algorithm sometimes posts get lost or simply aren't shown to us. I apologise if your social post comment has been missed. If a post has upwards of 40 comments attached, they can fail to load for us too. It is a huge pain and something we try really hard to not let happen. Pop me that email and let's get all of this resolved for you. We want to do our upmost to make sure you are happy and well cared for by us, I do hope you pop me an email, With kindest regards, Jules.

Your web site used to be very good, now it is terrible I have had to log in as a new customer twice and this then doesn't allow me to use points I have gained over many years of being a customer. I have emailed you about this with no reply!

Hi there, We sent an email to all of our wonderful customers back in January - explaining that we had moved to a new website in order to be able to offer even more craft supplies. With this, customers needed to re-register, once you have done this we can then transfer the points across for you. If you email us - we will do that for you. info@resin8.co.uk Your points will still be there, they just need to manually move them across. Thank you

Both times the packages has arrived damaged and I have lost a lot of product in the process.

3 of the chains bought all had broken clasps. The other prices were fine. But the chains not so much.

I loved ordering from you guys & have purchased a lot in the past but I was unhappy with 1 item & after many many emails I felt the customer service was poor. Won’t be ordering again

Ordered mineral mica Flakes, but flakes don't appear to be made from MINERAL or MICA - but just plastic and sparkly bits.

Hi Marilyn, Following our telephone conversation we have reassured you that none of our mica flakes are made of plastic. They are made of muscovite flakes coated with ultramarines, iron oxides and natural dyes. Mica flakes typically are shimmery and sparkly, we believe this is why they are loved so much by our lovely crafty community. We do everything we can to ensure our mica products are ethically sourced and friendly to the planet - you can read more about this on our website. We are confident the mica flakes match the product description and photo. The set arrived well and I tried it which turned out pretty good, yet the liquid had a really strong chemical smell and colours didn’t mix well so half of the planters didn’t turn out well. I asked for a refund or a replacement and after quite a long conversation they asked me to send it back and they would judge if there was a problem or not... since I would have to pay for the shipping from Switzerland it was pointless to send it back so wouldn’t recommend it unless you live in the UK

We are sorry that you had difficulties with your kit. Jesmonite is made up of a mineral base and an acrylic liquid. The liquid does have an odour if you smell the bottle, but rest assured it does not release harmful fumes or VOC's, it's non-toxic and very safe and lovely to use. As we talked through together, we could not identify an issue with the kit but were able to chat through some techniques to help solve these problems with your future makes. first off i was refused custom size pots, then they don't put two of the same one in i ordered. contacted CS, assumed i lied and demanded photo evidence that i didn't get it (which i don't know how i can prove i didn't get it) and then just offered the one single pot to replace, might still buy from you, not too sure yet, looking elsewhere for micas. felt that my custom wasn't worth the energy from the cs team.

Hi Emma, I am sorry that you are unhappy with your Resin8 experience. We are able to make up custom pots, for 50g sizes and larger, our 2g pots can be purchased in multiple quantities for anything smaller. We ask for a photo of the hard copy invoice, when there is an item missing from an order for staff training purposes, the request for this is not an assumption of lying in any way and apologies if you felt this was the case. With regard to the missing pot itself, this was arranged to be sent out to you, as per our email exchange, shortly after you raised the error with us. Had a resin8 jewellery starter set for Christmas which was great. Saw the video for the Christmas tree moulds incorporating lights and thought they were wonderful. Ordered the item and very disappointed to find the two moulds are different and that I had inadvertently ordered a small size. The video does not even mention two sizes! No hope of getting lights in these and definitely not worth the cost even after the 30% sale reduction. Very disappointing after the initial purchase.

Dear Andre We're so sorry that you did not read our detailed description for the sizing of our large and small 3D Christmas Tree moulds (however, we can't be blamed for you inadvertently ordering something you didn't want). We love the smaller set with our USB lights in and even still have them attached to our postage PC in the office to light up our dark days! If you're unhappy, please return for a full refund. Dear Patricia Don't worry this is easily resolved! You might be mixing a little fast which does sometimes result in a bubbly mix, try slowing down a little and see if that improves things. If you are left with some bubbles once you have poured a swift sweep over the top of the resin with a lighter will pop any pesky bubbles too! Just received 30 g pot of white opaque pigment and not very satisfied as the pot was less than half full when I opened it!

Dear Trish Thank you for your review, sorry to hear that you are disappointed, our pigments are measured on weight, if you weigh them you will see that they are the correct weight, but the pots are usually around half full as the pots themselves are large enough to take a lot more product.
