“I finally had a go with the resin, it states no mask required. whilst working with it in my concervatory with doors and windows open, my eyes really stang? I used dried flowers that kept raising to the top and now its dried they stick out slightly :-( there is also a slight dip in the back with raised edges around the sides, how can I rectify this and avoid it happening again in future please. It is simple to mix and is very clear but quite expensive”

Hi Jenny, Thanks for your message. Out of interest, which resin did you use? You do not need to wear a respirator when filling moulds and bezels, but you do need to wear one if you are sanding finished resin pieces. Our resins do not release any toxic fumes, when used as directed. Depending on which resin you used you may experience flowers floating or sinking. In this case we would suggest leaving the resin to sit for a while before adding the flowers so that the resin is thick enough to hold them up. With best wishes Kate

“Lovely product which was really easy to use. Would have just liked the necklace chains to be a bit longer. Fine for my daughter but we wanted to make one each and it wasn’t really long enough for me. But it was good fun to do and worked really well”

“First order from resin8 was delivered fast and securely, and the products ordered were fantastic. They have a huge range of products all reasonably priced and with an eco value in mind, so big thumbs up from me. However I would have given 5 stars if my email asking if the glitter range was pigmented had been answered? This hasn't put me off from ordering in the near future, but would have been nice to get a reply. All the best to the team, Dave”

“A problem Guys. The products are really awesome thank you. 4 of the pigments and 2 of the mica power, were opened, spilled, and they were are over the nylon bags, making a huge mess, to the other containers. Bottom line is that i couldn't really use the pigments and especially the mica power, that as soon as i opened the bags, went literally everywhere🤔. So the sealing of the tubes was not good, or either something went wrong. I had a loss of almost €20,unable to use those products. The products though are really super cool and i loved them. Please be careful next time with your packaging, or sealing the products better. Thank you”

“Worked alright but my inexperience messed it up. I made up way too much for what I needed and after 24 hours I assumed it would have set enough to move - it hadn't. The colour wasn't as translucent as I would have liked either, but I may have used too much.”
